New for 2025 — a day full of wildlife spotting, iconic landscapes and unbeatable destination dining

As your cruise around Cape Ailiak, you’ll get a first look at Aialik Bay and its surrounding glaciers. Look for mountain peaks emerging from the fields of snow and ice of Harding Icefield.

Visit either one of two spectacular tidewater glaciers, Aialik or Holgate. Aialik Glacier is surrounded by steep cliffs, dense forests and towering mountain peaks. You may see spectacular calving events as ice chunks break and crash into the ocean. Keep an eye for harbor seals.

With more time on the water, your captain will decide on the best route and places to explore beyond the classic route. You could visit another tidewater glacier, sight a large pod of whales, horned or tuft puffins, cascading waterfalls or go further out in the Gulf of Alaska.

As you explore more of Resurrection Bay, keep an eye out for orcas and humpback whales in the waters below, along with kittiwakes, puffins and murres in the skies above.
