As executive chef, KC Loosemore oversees all of Windsong Lodge’s food and beverage programming, including the Resurrection Roadhouse restaurant, Goliath Bar & Grill and our special events catering.
KC’s extensive culinary experience and breadth of knowledge can be attributed to a career history that spans more than decade and includes restaurants and hotels throughout Alaska and the United States. Prior to joining the Lodge in 2019, Chef Loosemore managed the culinary program at a scientific research station in Antarctica.
