Enhanced Cleaning Program

  • Guests can expect extra-stringent room cleaning protocols between each guest stay.
  • All unnecessary touch points within our guest rooms have been removed and single-use guest amenities will be used whenever possible. Should guests require any amenities, they will be available upon request.
  • All amenities and touchpoints that remain in the rooms, such as the TV remote control, hairdryer, light switches, and doorknobs will be disinfected.
  • We will increase our cleaning of elevators.
  • Hand sanitizer stations have been placed at all property entrances, public spaces and near washrooms.

Rigorous Staff Training

  • We know how important teamwork is to keep our staff, guests and communities safe. All of these distancing and cleaning measures need to be clearly communicated so they can be successfully implemented.
  • Our staff onboarding and training is more rigorous than ever. We are always evolving and improving.
  • Our on-site signage and pre-arrival communications aim to be clear and straight-forward. We aim to ensure both guests and staff support these measures.
  • We have new protocols for guest and staff illness reporting and management to help ensure healthy people stay that way.
  • We are committed to ongoing engagement and collaboration with our industry and governmental partners, ensuring we are aligned in protecting our guests, staff and communities.

Crowd-Free Comfort

  • We have applied Plexiglass barriers, contactless payment and express check-outs wherever possible.
  • Signage will guide guests to keep 6 feet apart at check in.
  • Personal protective equipment will be provided to all lodging staff; room cleaning staff will wear face mask and gloves when working in guest rooms.
  • Our pools, hot tubs and saunas will operate at limited capacity with the requirements that guests pre-book a time to use these facilities with the front desk.
  • To limit contact, we will not be providing cleaning for multiple night stays unless requested. Additional room amenities are also available by request.
  • Guests should only ride in elevators with those in their own party.
  • Groups should employ the same measures they were adhering to before – use the group leader to check in the group, gather all keys and distribute to avoid line ups at check in desks and limit unnecessary contact
  • Masks are highly recommended in all lodging properties. Physical distancing is also strongly encouraged in all public areas.

Working Together

Our teams are diligently implementing these distancing and cleaning initiatives in collaboration with local, state and federal organizations. These initiatives may be adapted based on health recommendations as the global health crisis and recovery evolves.
