Enhanced Cleaning Program

  • Single-use menus or laminated menus that are fully disinfected after each use will be provided.
  • Increased cleaning protocols have been introduced with CDC-approved cleaners in all shared spaces and washrooms. Cleaning of these spaces will be frequent and thorough.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be accessible throughout the establishments.

Rigorous Staff Training

  • We know how important teamwork is to keep our staff, guests and communities safe. All of these distancing and cleaning measures need to be clearly communicated so they can be successfully implemented.
  • Our staff onboarding and training is more rigorous than ever. We are always evolving and improving.
  • Our on-site signage aim to be clear and straight-forward. We aim to ensure both guests and staff support these measures.
  • We have new protocols for guest and staff illness reporting and management to help ensure healthy people stay that way.

Crowd-Free Comfort

  • In all establishments, we will reserve empty tables between guests to ensure social distancing.
  • We have reduced the available seating in our restaurants and cafes.
  • All unnecessary touchpoints within our Food & Beverage outlets have been removed.
  • In kitchens, we have staggered schedules to limit staff to one station, increased mandatory personal protective equipment and will maintain physical distancing between staff.
  • All staff will be provided masks and gloves where necessary.

Working Together

Our teams are diligently implementing these distancing and cleaning initiatives in collaboration with local, state and federal organizations. These initiatives may be adapted based on health recommendations as the global health crisis and recovery evolves.
